This 3 week course is a great introduction to ashtanga yoga and Mysore style classes. Guided through classes are on Saturday mornings, with the option to join other Mysore classes throughout the week.

Venue: Hoops Capital basket ball court.
Located in the Entertainment Quarter
1 Driver Ave, Moore Park. Sydney
Primary led 6 days:
Tuesday 11th - Friday 14th : 6.30-8am
Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th : 7-8.30am
Conference Saturday 15th : 9-10.30am
Intermediate led 3 days:
Wednesday 12th, Thursday 13th, Friday 14th : 8.30-10.15am
Conference Saturday 15th : 9-10.30am
Intermediate must be proficient up to eka pada sirsasana and attend all 3 days.
Pricing:
6 days led primary $600
6 days intermediate and led primary $600
3 days intermediate only $330
Single day primary series only $120
Conference is open to everyone who has attended on any day.

Led intermediate:
Preregistration for led intermediate is now open. Anyone joining the led intermediate class must be proficient up to eka pada sirsasana and book all 3 days. To preregister for intermediate email [email protected] and let us know a bit about your intermediate practice.

Hello! Thanks so much everyone for your amazing response to the news of Sharathji’s Sydney workshop in March 2025, the feedback so far has been amazing. So excited he can make it back here to teach again so soon.
We are still waiting on more info before we can confirm any more details regarding timings and when tix will be ready for purchase but will let you know as soon as we can.
In the meantime we have emailed everyone who booked for Sharathji’s last Sydney workshop to let you know it’s on, and that we are looking at various options. Check your junk, spam and promotional folders if you don’t receive the email today.
