What an incredible experience on retreat in North India ๐ฎ๐ณ. A week of growth in so many ways ๐ feeling cleansed and heart full of gratitude. ๐ for your teachings and to Michelle McLeod for being the best travel buddy!
2026 - the year i decided to work on my backbends โฆ not having a regular teacher for many years now Iโve not made it a priority. Such a scary feeling to drop back and have the trust in your arms and then legs to get back up. After a few months with members of my family assisting me, last week - the week off 53 birthday, this happened.
Proof that diligence and consistency pays off. At any age ๐. Keep practicing and all is coming peeps!

What an epic Breathwork Workshop this morning with a crew who were curious and open ready to receive the gifts of conscious Breathwork! I gave them a little sound bath to finish and they walked out vibrating very differently than when they walked in. I feel blessed to be able to offer these gifts to my community.
