“I’m sorry I didn’t follow the script, Jake.
I just want to give the fans what they want.”

Anthony Joshua says integrity matters more than bribe money.
The game comes first.
The fans come first.

Devin Haney’s father says Conor Benn will NOT be facing his son, hinting that the suggestion is disrespectful, saying Benn isn’t on Devin’s level.

Bill Haney said Benn hasn’t beaten the same calibre of fighters like Devin has, like Lomachenko and Kambosos.

Bill said: “When is he going to get a belt? When is he going to do what Devin has done? - When is he going to do something in boxing that’s on Devin Haney’s level? I mean just one thing, before you start talking to us. We did the stadium in Australia [with George Kambosos], we did that for undisputed. We did Lomachenko.

“There are a lot of tremendously talented fighters who deserve a shot. Let’s give the champ his well due respect.”

Mike Tyson says Julio Cesar Chavez was a much better fighter than Floyd Mayweather Jr: “Julio Cesar Chavez Sr was 89-0 before he lost. Don’t tell me about, ‘You’re the greatest fighter,’ with 50-0. You’re great, no doubt about it, but 50-0? Chavez had 90. He was fighting like, what, 8 times a year? Against whoever was in the rankings. He wasn’t picking, it was, ‘Whoever you want, come on.”

So it’s looking like Mike Tyson’s fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr. is now off. As Floyd is now deep in talks for a rematch with Manny Pacquiao, which Pacquiao is claiming will be an official professional fight, not an exhibition.

Boxing icons Terence Crawford and Katie Taylor share a moment at the WBO Awards Gala 🏆

Roy Jones Jr believes Terence Crawford would’ve absolutely destroyed Floyd Mayweather Jr. in their primes then explains why Crawford has had a much more impressive career than Floyd.

Jones Jr told TitanPlay: "If Mayweather can't hit him early in the first round and knock him out, that fight's over. Crawford is mean. He's a dog. He doesn't care about nothing and nobody. That's why he got in the ring with anybody - to prove he belonged among the best.“

Jones Jr went on to say just why he believes Crawford has had a much more impressive career than Mayweather Jr.

Jones said: "Have we ever got Floyd in the fights we wanted to see him in? No, it was always too late. How many times was Floyd undisputed? Never. If you’re one of the greatest, you’d want to be undisputed.

"Floyd has better names on his resume like Shane Mosley; almost dropped him, but Shane was 38. Oscar De La Hoya — an older Oscar, and we don’t even know if Floyd beat Oscar. Miguel Cotto — lost most of his big fights against great fighters. Diego Corrales — he had his own issues heading into that fight; he knew he was going to prison after the fight. Manny Pacquiao — you fought him after he’d been knocked out. You could’ve fought him earlier."

"So does he really have a better résumé, or does he have better names because he picked them at the right times? Because he hasn’t been undisputed one time. That tells me you didn’t care to be king of your weight class — you just wanted to make the most money, which you did, by avoiding people for years. But don’t tell me he’s got a better résumé than [Crawford] who called out whoever had a belt and cleaned up to show they weren’t as good as him. Crawford became undisputed in three weight classes. Come on — you’re telling me he doesn’t have a better résumé?"

This is how Ernie Terrell looked after referring to Muhammad Ali as Cassius Clay before their fight.
"What's my name." - Muhammad Ali (1967)
Ali showed his darker side on that night on February 6th 1967 when he could've landed just one or two more punches causing the referee to call off the bout but held back just enough to punish Terrell for the full 15 rounds.
