Move your body everyday no matter what your limitations, injuries, pains you can do some level of movement no matter how subtle. Push yourself to move more and maintain flexibility, strength and most of all mobility of your body. Be grateful for every movement you can do as others may not be able to. Never take your body for granted. 💚

LONELINESS
Something I’ve learnt over the years is that you can be surrounded by people and still feel lonely.
You can be in a relationship yet feel more alone than ever.
So if being surrounded by people doesn’t aid loneliness, what does?
CONNECTION... deep connection
If you’re feeling lonely you are either lacking deep connection with yourself or lacking deep connection with your partner, friends or family.
Whether you’re an introvert or extrovert we all need connection... to ourselves, to Mother Nature, to animals and to a community of like minded humans.
Ask yourself today do you feel lonely at all and if so what connections do you feel like you are lacking?
In our upcoming course we will dive deep into the importance of connection, how to attract deep, meaningful connections, how to set boundaries and how to maintain connection to avoid loneliness. Also why it’s important to remove those people that take up your energy but offer no connection in your life.

No matter what you’ve been through, no matter how bad the trauma, how low your self-worth, how defeated you feel.

YOU ARE NOT BROKEN!!

There is no part of you that is broken. There may be trauma, limiting beliefs, anger, sadness, betrayal, loneliness and an entire array of other valid emotions and physical limitations but please don’t let anyone ever tell you any part of you is broken.

Over the past 6 months of having debilitating nausea from pregnancy and then being stuck in isolation, in2urlife went on hold and I had time to reflect on what my business had grown into over the past 5 years and what I wanted the next 5 to look like.

It gave me time to look at who I’ve attracted over this period (clients) and why they came to me. What had they been through? What were they looking for help with? What made a difference to their lives and who were the ones I saw the deepest transformation with?

There was a definite theme. Trauma that led to feeling like you are stuck in a rut and can’t rise. Hence I will be launching a new program focused on just this. Educating and guiding people on a 5 step formula for rapid growth, confidence and connection.

So this year I will be birthing a baby boy 👶🏼 and a brand new direction for in2urlife that I feel will bring me more clarity and connection with you! 👑 *tquote

All good questions we should be asking ourselves every single day. How can I do better and be better by having less impact.

I heard someone say the other day you aren’t here to save the planet you are here to make money. Such a sad way to look at life, someone who thinks they can continue to take from others without respect for why you have had an opportunity to live on this beautiful earth in the first place. Please please please take small steps to be more conscious of your footprint every day by changing 1 small think per month. This month I am trying to do no takeaway food with plastic whether that be for dinner or lunch or drinks. Zero takeaway - it may mean I have to eat or drink in but how nice is that it’s forcing me to slow down during my day and actually take those breaks I need! What will you do this month to reduce your impact? 🍃♻️

- get the massage
- take a long ass walk and leave the cleaning for later
- soak in a bath
- done our somewhere you’ve had your eye on
- say no to plans if you feel like they are a drag (no excuses just say no)
- sleep in
- watch Netflix guilt free
- ask someone for help (with something that would be way easier with someone to assist you)
- express those bottled up feelings you’ve had
- eat the chocolate
- drink the wine
- you do you!
