As we begin to feel the gentle shift into autumn 🍂, tonight’s Yin Yoga practice is an invitation to slow down, soften, and cool the body after the heat and activity of summer.

Join me at Selah Sanctuary for a nourishing evening of long, supported stretches, quiet breath, and deep rest. Yin Yoga helps calm the nervous system, release tension held in the body, and create space to transition into the new season with ease.

Come as you are, bring a cosy layer, and allow yourself time to pause.
