We’re excited to introduce our new Project Coordinator, Richard!

Originally from Auckland, NZ (where, according to him, the pies are far better), Richard brings over seven years of experience in the events industry. His background spans a wide range of projects, including weddings, music festivals, and large-scale activations across Australia and New Zealand.

Richard has experience in both on-site event management and pre-planning logistics, with strong knowledge of staffing coordination, budgeting, equipment hire, and stakeholder management.

Throughout his career, Richard has worked across well-known venues and events, including music festivals at Flemington Racecourse, Festival Hall, and Werribee Racecourse, as well as weddings and year-round activations for city councils and major shopping centres.

Outside of work, you’ll find him DJing, baking, camping, or fishing.

Scope of works included:
• Custom internal walling and counter fabrication
• Detailed finishes to bar and service areas
• Integration of overhead lighting and suspended planting elements
• Manufacture of planter box walling with seamless texture painted finish and 3D signage
• Fabrication and installation of a custom marquee façade with integrated lighting and 3D signage
• Full on-site assembly within tight event timelines

Every element was delivered with a focus on craftsmanship, durability, and detail resulting in a high-quality outcome suited to a premium world-class event.

YSL | Laneway Festival | Custom Fabrication & Installation

Custom fabrication and installation completed for YSL at Laneway Festival, delivered on behalf of Pim Group.

This project involved the construction of an external and internal activation space within a live event environment.
Scope of works included:�
• Mirror Ball 3D hearts and entry arch consisting of around 60,000 mirror ball tiles�
• Installation of illuminated YSL logo signage�
• custom internal flooring , cabinetry & walling�
• 250 custom mirrored cushions mounted to walls�
• Integrated LED lighting in flooring and DJ table
• In House printed vinyl for YSL branding and feature floor area

All works were delivered with a strong focus on structural integrity, finish quality and seamless ex*****on within a high-traffic festival setting.
A great opportunity to deliver a premium, large-scale activation in collaboration with Pim Group for an iconic global brand.

Multi-level hospitality suite fit out completed for the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix at Albert Park 🏁

Delivered for the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, this project involved the fit out of a multi-level hospitality space spanning 1,617sqm, positioned trackside with direct views of the circuit.

Scope of works included:
• Wall tiling throughout the entire ground floor & key service areas
• Installation of wainscoting features across Level 1
• Custom surprise pigeon hole experience for service area
• Custom round pillars to hide the steel structural frames throughout both levels
• Custom bars on both levels, curved reception counter all with tiled fronts
• Detailed internal fit out across both levels

All works were completed with a strong focus on precision, durability and suitability for a high-traffic, live event environment.

An incredible opportunity and a privilege to deliver this project for the Australian Grand Prix Corporation.
