Here’s a real look at my week as a coach and business owner at The Body Transformation Academy...
Oh man, some days are savage.
Purple and blue are coaching sessions in the studio.
My first session kicks off at 5:15am, and from there it’s back-to-back until around 2pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Tuesdays and Fridays are my “work from home” days filled with staff meetings, coaching calls, and crucial time to actually work on the business, not just in it.
Sundays are prep for the week ahead.
And my training is peppered in amongst this.
What you see here is just my professional calendar - I actually juggle three different calendars to keep everything running smoothly for the family and myself.
And there’s more to coaching than just session time too: I add at least 30% more for admin, programming, and planning.
Plus, living on the Central Coast means it’s a one-hour drive each way to the studio.
(That’s a 3:30am alarm to make it all happen!)
It’s full on - and I’m proud of it. This is what consistency looks like for me so I can show up well for clients.

🚀PB WEEKEND🔥
Oh yes I love a personal best.
A massive well done to BTA Athletes Janis, Shelley and Angela who took on the Half Marathon at the , with Kerry also taking on the 10km.
Outstanding effort all round with Janis coming away with a PB.
This stuff really lights me up.
Especially when we see the strength training paying off (swipe to the last photo 👌).
Nothing better than seeing people setting goals, putting in the work, and then getting out there and giving it a crack.
Well done you legends 👏👏

I get asked this one a lot.
Here’s the simple answer:
Prioritise the one which needs the most improvement.
