If you want to obsess and worry over 10g of pasta - I’m probably not the coach for you.

I’m more worried about why you’re eating like a pigeon between 8-3pm and then like a wooly mammoth going into hibernation in the evenings 😬

While you’re freaking out about not hitting your 10k steps a day - I’m helping my clients manage their stress and sleep hygiene.

If you’re looking for a drill Sargent or a physique coach who will have you on constant bulks or cuts - scroll on.

But if you’re looking to enjoy your food, fall in love with exercise while being part of an amazing community - I have 2 spaces left for July 🤘

Most people focus on calories, training programs, supplements, and meal plans when trying to lose weight or improve performance.

One of my favourite parts of my job is seeing women exceed their expectations.

👏It might be fitting into old clothes they never thought they’d wear again.

👏It might be kicking their Friday night wine habit

👏It might be the ability to have chocolate in the house without inhaling it

Or it might be achieving something physically challenging they never thought they could do. This is one reason I love the idea of Hyrox - it is inclusive to everyone and all abilities.

It was so amazing seeing current clients I never met before & old clients still sticking with the lifestyle changes they made in the months/years prior.

Yesterday was a really proud day for me as a coach. Between remote clients and gym members I was supporting almost 20 strong, fit women 🫶💪

It’s not about right now - it’s about your future 🤷‍♀️

I am seeing women who are crippled with menopause symptoms because of the extreme diets they pursued 20 years ago.

Women my age with stress fractures from under fueling.

Girls in their 20s struggling with fertility.

Stop thinking about the here and now and start thinking about what are the repercussions of these actions 😩 plus it’s such a more enjoyable life eating to fuel your body and rest days are fun when you have no guilt 💁‍♀️
