Well that's a wrap for the 2025-2026 Andra season with the NDRC season still in full swing.

We had a great weekend at Nitro Champs with Lily cutting a 0.00 light and winning US$100 from world famous commentator Alan Reinhart.
Taylor made it to Semi's.

A huge thankyou to Shane Taylor for your help at the Nitro Champs on the weekend.

We travelled the country this season chasing the Andra series, Darwin, Alice Springs, Tailem Bend, Portland, Mildura, Sydney.

Bring on the rest of the NDRC series and we will see you in Darwin for the dual NDRC - Andra round in August.

Gulf Western Oils Nitro Champs - Sydney Dragway

We left Wednesday afternoon and headed to Sydney got there around lunchtime Thursday and got set up.

Friday we had qualifying and Lily was great on her lights with 0.016 running8.83, -0.118 running 8.81 and a 0.00 running 8.88 and won US$100 from Alan Reinhart for her 0.00 light

Taylor had good lights 0.052 running 7.73, .068 running 7.707, 0.010 running 7.72

Saturday morning we went into Eliminations,
Taylor ran Jayden Bounassif, Taylor dialed in at 7.70 and cut a 0.024 light and ran 7.77 taking the win.

Lily ran Nixon Cannuli and dialed in at 8.80 cut a .037 light against a .161 light and ran 8.93 taking the win.

Rnd 2 Lily ran Carlos Harvey.
Lily dialled in at 8.87 and ran 8.93 but went red by .007. Congratulations Carlos!!!

Rnd 2 Taylor had Alexis Attard and dialed 7.70 and ran 7.77 on cut and. 040 light.

Rnd 3 Taylor had a bye into the Semi's

Semi's Taylor had Karl Schultz and dialled a 7.70 he went red by .048 and ran 7.692.

Andra Grand Final 25/26

Qualifying this morning seen Lily cutting some awesome lights, 0.050, 0.032 then .114
But car is running consistent in the high 8's and another PB today.
E1 will see Lily v Luca
E1 Lily went into pre stage, Luca pre stage then Lily full stage and Lilys lights dropped and off she went and took the win until we had a conversation with Ross and the officials about why Lucas's full stage lights didn't come on and it just so happened the starter dropped the button, picked it up and pressed it which is why Lily's lights dropped and then we were told the race would be re-ran.
Re-run Lily slept on the light and Luca went through to take the win. Congratulations Luca!

Taylor's car isn't playing the game today. ET's well off and affecting reaction times as well. Fuel pump changes and rebuilds as well as jet changes and clutch changes and pulling all the weight out hasn't made any difference like it usually would.
We have borrowed a fuel pump and fired it up and seems to be where usually is so will see what E1 brings against Izzy.
E1 Taylor had a good reaction and limped the car through and took the win.
E2 Taylor had Todd and Taylor red lit by .003 which gave Todd the win. Congratulations Todd.

Having said all that the Championship is still on the line we just need to see what happens in the next few rounds which they may not get in due to curfew. Having competed at all rounds and travelling the country this season its sad that the motor has decided to hurt itself now. We have just quickly pulled some of the engine down and found it has hurt itself.
In the end things went our way with being Australian Runner Up 2 years in a row and Zayne taking the championship by 10 points. Congratulations Zayne and team Condello!!!
