A morning reflection:
While ‘offering’ this beautiful bowl of flowers as part of my morning meditation, I realised how these small ‘offerings’ are actually moments of deep reflection, appreciation & gratitude.
As I picked up each beautiful flower from the lawn where they had fallen, I breathed as I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude for each flower, then gratitude for all of nature & Mother Earth for their creation…. And then…..an immense sense of gratitude for the opportunity to experience it all.
Gratitude for the opportunity to see, smell, feel, & experience being here in this moment.
I feel shifted.
I breathe deeply
With Gratitude
