At the end of 2023, we launched our School Song, with the whole school community coming together to be part of the recording. 🎶
Take a look at the film clip and see if you can spot some familiar faces from three years ago!

STUDENT RETREATS
In Term 2, we held the first of our 2026 Student Retreats. These special day retreats are offered to each grade level and provide students with the opportunity to visit a place of worship or experience God’s creation in a meaningful way. Parent helpers are also invited to join us, making each retreat a wonderful opportunity for students, families and staff to connect more deeply with their faith, one another and the natural environment.
During Term 2, Year 5, Year 2 and Kindergarten students enjoyed their retreat experiences, with Year 6, Year 4, Year 3 and Year 1 Retreats scheduled for this Term.
A sincere thank you to Mrs McCamey, our Parent Engagement Coordinator, for her dedication and organisation in bringing these enriching retreat experiences to life for our students and families

Last weekend on the 27th of June, was the 2026 Gala Evening, themed ‘Sail Away’. This was a celebration of our Sacred Heart community—a community built on connection, shared purpose, and a commitment to providing the very best opportunities for our children. We were truly impressed by the amazing outfits and effort everyone went to.
To our Gala Committee and The Hub, thank you for the countless hours of planning, organising, and problem-solving went into making the night a success. Your dedication and passion for our school are truly inspiring.
Thank you to our community for your generosity. Your contributions will have a lasting impact on the learning and wellbeing of our students.

NAIDOC Week - 5 -12 July
This week we celebrate NAIDOC Week, an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the histories, cultures, achievements, and enduring contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
This year's theme, Fifty Years of Deadly, celebrates five decades of strength, leadership, resilience, and community. It honours the Elders, advocates, artists, storytellers, and communities whose voices and vision continue to shape the future.
We invite our families to join in celebrating NAIDOC Week by attending local community events, listening to First Nations voices, and taking time to learn more about the stories, cultures, and histories that continue to shape our shared future.
