I have decided to take on a corporate role.
This is a first for me.
As of next week this will be my office.
I feel it is time and I cannot wait to see how different this place will be one year from now 😉 🤟🏼

Its been a while between posts
In the last year I have:
✅ Upgraded the home gym to a PT studio
✔️ Sustained an injury that gave me a whole month to lie on my back and plan how to re-organise my life
✅ Moved on from environments and people that are not positive
🥳✌🏼good vibes only! 🙏🏼🎉
✔️ Recognise the value in time spent alone
✅ Completed 6 months of physical rehab
The weight I am lifting is the same but I am a hell of a lot stronger than last year 👊🏼

Hey social fam, as lockdown is dragging on I am promoting a covid safe 1 on 1 outdoor PT service in crystal park Waterloo. Feel free to share this with anyone in the area.
I follow best practice set by Fitness Australia. As changes occur in regulations I change with them. I have been registered with them for 14 years: https://fitness.org.au/directory/reps/michael-howley/1/011528
All sessions will be:
Socially distanced
I will be wearing a mask (this is optional for clients)
Equipment is cleaned before each session
Only open to residents within 5k radius
Am happy to show proof that I am vaccinated
The types of training I offer:
HIIT style circuits
Strength conditioning
Sport specific conditioning for athletes
Weight loss including nutrition tracking
Injury management including pilates
I also do virtual PT and once restrictions ease home visits.

So I've lost a bit of strength in lockdown the past few weeks but new kit has arrived 🙏🏼 time to get back on top of things again
Found a local outlet for plates in Waterloo
And the bar feels and performs beautifully
Another month of lockdown in Sydney (at least) 🙃
I'm very lucky to have a nice little space to train and relax.
One of my favourite poses to unwind is headstand. A great inversion for calming down the nervous system and decreasing stress. I love feeling all the blood rush out of my legs and into my head 🤯 I have insomnia so at night I use a wall to lean against for a 'chilled' version for 5 mins or so before bed. Much better than sleeping tablets 😉
My courtyard is the perfect size for kettlebell circuits.
Single arm -> high pull -> sn**ch 💪🏼
Lockdown 2.0 in Sydney:
Rearrange house so I can train inside ✅
Yoga for breakfast 🙏🏼 +
Strength training for lunch 💪🏼 =
