3 Simple Dribbling Drills to Try at Home

🏀 1. Right-Hand Dribbles
Dribble with your right hand for 30 seconds while keeping your eyes up.

🏀 2. Left-Hand Dribbles
Switch to your left hand and repeat for 30 seconds.

🏀 3. Crossover Challenge
Dribble from one hand to the other while staying low and balanced.

Remember, consistency is more important than speed. Small improvements each day can make a big difference over time! 🏀

🏀 Skill of the Week: Triple Threat Position

One of the key fundamentals in basketball is the Triple Threat Position. When players catch the ball, they're in a position to either:

✅ Shoot
✅ Pass
✅ Dribble

Learning this simple stance can help young players stay balanced, protect the ball, and make better decisions on the court.

💪 Challenge: The next time you're practising, see if you can hold your Triple Threat Position for 10 seconds while keeping your eyes up!
