My signature, beginner-friendly dance class. It’s all about unapologetic self-expression and empowerment. We dive into body rolls, floorwork, and all the feel-good moves to help you work your peach 🍑 and build fierce confidence. I'll be your biggest hype peach!

A playful, mat-based class featuring joint-friendly exercises focused on glutes, core, and lower-body strength. Set to a pumping playlist, to feel strong, confident, and completely empowered—unapologetically Thicc & Peachy 🍑🌶️
Bring: Water bottle, sweat towel, and yoga mat.
Wear: Comfortable, breathable activewear (leggings or bike shorts).
