Souths juniors players Molly and Eliza Stark have been selected in the NSW Juniors U16 Girls Development XV squad that will be touring Japan in December this year.

As part of the fundraising options provided by NSW Juniors - the proceeds from each ticket sold through unique links will benefit the players.

On behalf of Sydney Junior Rugby Union, we extend our deepest love and support to the Jasper family, and to all those whose lives were touched by Felesha.

Felesha’s love for rugby began at just three years old, and over the years she became part of so many teams, clubs and communities across our game. At only 12 years of age, she had already created friendships, memories and connections that reached far beyond the rugby field.

This weekend, we ask our Sydney Juniors community to come together in her memory.

Prior to every game, teams are asked to observe a one-minute silence to remember Felesha, and all those within our rugby community who we have sadly lost.

To Felesha’s family, friends, teammates, coaches and everyone grieving her loss - our rugby community stands beside you.

Big shout out to the Southern Districts players that took part in the PSSA NSW Schools tournament in Mudgee this week.
This photo features players from all 4 of our village clubs at the tournament.
If your player was there, add a photo and tag their club, so they can celebrate it too.

Tag the schools as well, so that they can participate in more local competitions - like the School 7's tournament.

The Souths Juniors Sevens trials This Sunday 23 August will now be held at:

Souths Juniors is seeking boys and girls to represent Southern Districts at the 2026 NSW Sevens State Championships in Mudgee.

Teams will be selected in:

🔴 U11 Boys and Girls
🔵 U13 Boys and Girls
🔴 U15 Boys and Girls
🔵 U17 Boys and Girls

Age groups operate within two-year windows. For example, U13s includes players aged 12 or 13 in 2026.

Souths Juniors is now seeking expressions of interest from coaches, assistant coaches and managers to lead our teams at the 2026 NSW Sevens State Championships in Mudgee.

Opportunities are available across our boys’ and girls’ teams:

🔵 U17
