provide more opportunities for the growing number of keen athletes wanting to be involved in the world of Sports Aerobics. Intensity Sports Aerobics was established in October 2007. In January 2008 they became affiliated with Gymnastics Australia and now provide all interested athletes with the opportunity to perform as a team, a pair, or individually. Throughout the year there are many different competitions to showcase the routines learnt in class. These can be both highly competitive or simply participation based. Today both Cassie and Jodi pride themselves on having produced countless Medalists at the Australian National Titles over the 9 years they have been competing. And have also provided gateways for developing athletes to go on to compete Internationally. Not only do these coaches provide high quality classes for their athletes, they become great mentors, teaching life skills and sharing their core beliefs and values to the athletes who cross their paths. Intensity is not just a club, it's a family, one in which both of these head coaches are extremely proud of. Over the years both coaches have advanced in their judging pathways and are highly esteemed judges at both State and National Level. Sports Aerobics is a fun and dynamic sport. Intensity’s coaches work on developing the physical strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, showmanship, and of course professionalism. Intensity Sports Aerobics is a club that nurtures the talents of young athletes and shows them that a healthy lifestyle is the way to go.
