Last night we were honoured to receive the award for Excellence in Customer Service - Health, Wellbeing & Community at the Tamworth Quality Business Awards 🌟

It is a privilege to do what we do every day, and for our team to be recognised is truly special.

While we were missing quite a number of our team on the night, this award is a reflection of every single person at 360 Health Clinic - the care they bring, the relationships they build and the commitment they have to helping our clients move, feel and live better.
We are incredibly proud of the team we have built and the culture we continue to create together.

Most importantly, thank you to our clients and our community for trusting us to be part of your health journey. It is because of you that we get to do what we love every day 🀍

Exercise is a powerful tool πŸ’₯

We use it every single day to help individuals
πŸ‘‰πŸ» get out of chair easier
πŸ‘‰πŸ» climb the stairs easier
πŸ‘‰πŸ» reach the overhead cupboards easier
πŸ‘‰πŸ» carry the groceries or washing easier

Exercise builds strength, resilience and function in all individuals - and we’re here to help show you how! πŸ’ͺ🏼

5 things your EP wants you to know πŸ–οΈ

πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Strength training is important at all ages and during all life stages. Your muscle is not only responsible for movement and posture, but is a vital metabolic organ, regulating blood glucose, storing and burning energy, and releasing signalling molecules that support cardiovascular, immune, and overall metabolic health.

🦴 We must load our bones to keep them strong. Weightbearing, heavy resistance and impact exercise are proven to be a key player in maintaining bone mineral density. Did you know you reach your peak bone mineral density in your late twenties⁉️ Thereafter, it will begin to decline... Unless we load it!

βš– Balance can improve with training and practice. Did you know the inability to stand on one leg for 10 seconds is associated with an 84% higher risk of death within the next decade⁉️ Balance is an important predictor of overall health and longevity, as it reflects the integration of multiple vital systems.

πŸ₯΅ You don't have to be sweating to have a productive session. Not all exercise is about the 'huff and puff' or heavy lifting. Similar to your diet, we want balance in exercise routine. Sometimes the stretch and mobility session is exactly what you need.

🌟 Rest is a key component of any training or rehabilitation program. Rest enables our body to process and implement the associated beneficial adaptations of exercise and is a key link in the chain.
