THE TONED EDIT - SPRING CHALLENGE 🌼

We are excited to announce that our next studio challenge is here. And it’s all about finding consistency, building momentum and feeling your heading into the warmer months.

September 1st-30th we are inviting you to complete 15 classes over 4 weeks and strive for the best mind and body transformation you can in 30 days. It’s not about striving to be perfect, but about showing up for yourself, finding the consistency you need in your training and nutrition, to be the best version of yourself.

We are ready to get you moving and show you how to set yourself up for a successful start to the new season. Whether your looking to increase your current training or just starting out, this challenge is for all levels and ages.
