Strength. Form. Control. It all develops little by little.
A wonderful process to watch and guide.
A wonderful feeling to experience as the body on the reformer. ☺️🤸🏼‍♀️🙏

First session of 2025 ticked off 🤸🏼‍♀️
And always extra special when there are family connections alongside each other to share a sweaty smile ☺️

It’s been a wonderful 2024 shared with so many … feeling longer, taller, stronger, more mobile, more confident in life. It’s hearing these things that always leaves us in immense gratitude. Thank you to all who shared their Pilates journey in 2024 🤸🏼‍♀️🙏💫
Please do RSVP for the ‘Paint & Sip Soundbowl Meditation Morning Tea’ on Sat 4th in the booking app for catering numbers 🙏 .therapies

12/10/2024

We’ve transitioned into daylight savings and more beautiful sunny days 🌞
Schedule is up through to mid December now.
Mon-Thurs 6:20pm and 7:30pm most weeks.
Saturdays 8:30, 9:40, 10:50am to try to accommodate as many as we can for their pilates fix.
Soundbowl Meditation and Reiki sessions generally Wednesdays 10am and Sundays 4:30pm. 🕉️

And shout out to the pilates client who loves (needs?) to leave the weights in perfect order. Pilates is all about alignment after all, so a fitting trait. 😊🙏😉

July has been cold 🥶
But it only takes a little reformer warmer to get moving and feeling like even a fan is needed.😅
Updates to the schedule are now live through to the end of August. Please reach out if we haven’t touched base with you about changes yet. 🤸🏼‍♂️🙏

Many moments of ‘excellent!’ this week.
Progressions and first-time attempts.
Presence in movement and form awareness growing. 😌
