Camilo and Isabella have started joining us for yoga since June 2023. What a great improvement they have made by dedicating their time to yoga regularly. I am so proud of them.

Yoga means union. It unites body, mind and soul. By practising yoga regularly, you are training the intellect, the mind, the emotion and the will.

I strongly encourage everyone to add yoga as part of your daily practice.

Hi friends, we are so excited to host our first crystal sound bath for 7 chakras at Bedrock Yoga on Saturday 22 July, from 4-5.30pm.

Bedrock Yoga is now offering a 6-week Mums & Bubs Yoga course and a 6-week Pregnancy Yoga course, starting on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th January.

The Mums & Bubs Yoga course starts on Saturday 14th January until 18th February, from 9am to 10am.

The Pregnancy Yoga course starts on Sunday 15th January until 19th February, from 8 to 9am.

Your investment for either of the course is $125 or $22 per class.

I have moved the yoga class on Thursday to Wednesday, from 7-8am. Classes on Saturday and Sunday remain the same at 8-9am.
