Can You Grow Grass?
We’re looking for a hands-on Groundsperson who knows how to grow and maintain quality turf, enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.
This role is perfect for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and bring practical experience from their experience in groundskeeping, farming or property maintenance.
The role includes:
• Maintaining and growing high-quality grass surface & maintaining a sand track
• Operating tractors, mowers, and other equipment
• Working independently and proactively managing tasks
• Supervising track work 3 days per week (7am – 10am)
• Completing approximately 15 hours of general maintenance work each week
• Additional hours available leading into our peak racing season (September – November)
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience with groundskeeping, farming, or general maintenance work
• Is comfortable operating machinery and equipment
• Takes pride in presentation and quality of work
• Can work autonomously and show initiative
• Enjoys a flexible working environment
• Has a first aid certificate or willing to achieve the same before commencing
