Firstly, thank you so much to World Gym Maitland!

My “World Gym life” initially started by attending the cycle classes. I eventually talked my gorgeous husband, Michael, into joining me!

I love doing the group classes with the effervescent Hilary, challenging myself lifting weight with my PT Mark & training with my friends. I’ve just completed the 8 Week Challenge which has renewed my love/hate relationship with cardio!

The gym is one of my social spaces & I’ve been fortunate to make so many wonderful friends. I enjoy encouraging & supporting people to train & challenge themselves. I’ve been lucky to see so many people step out of their comfort zones, gain confidence & change their bodies. But more importantly improve their health.

Huge thank you’s to Michael & everyone at WGM, for being so encouraging & supportive of me as I continue on my fitness journey!

MEMBERS OF THE MONTH

We love that World Gym Maitland gives us the chance to train together, challenge each other, and enjoy a few gym dates along the way.

We compete in CrossFit and Strongman, coach CrossFit and strength training, and love helping others chase their goals—wherever they’re starting from.

We’re competitive, supportive, and always up for a laugh (well… mostly me. Jen just comes along and shakes her head! 😂). Outside the gym, we’re passionate about nutrition, cooking, and probably eating a little too much! 😅

This August, we’re proud to represent NSW at the Masters CrossFit Games Finals in Melbourne and compete together at the Sydney Fitness Expo Games.

Our biggest achievement isn’t medals—it’s each other and our beautiful kids. If we can inspire someone to become stronger, healthier, or more confident, that’s a win.
