Tomorrow marks our final grading round of the Spring season. Keep an eye out early next week when our full season fixtures will be released on Netball Connect.

A special congratulations and best of luck to our five Manningham athletes — Sierra West, Olivia Oddo, Olivia Callander, Keira Lewis and Isabella Tsantis — who will attend Netball Victoria's screening day on Sunday for the 2027 17/U and 19/U State Netball Teams.

Being talent identified and invited to attend a NV State Team screening is an outstanding achievement and a testament to the hard work, determination and commitment these athletes have shown throughout their netball journey.

The entire Manningham Netball community is incredibly proud of you, and we'll all be cheering you on this weekend as you work towards a place in the Top 50 squad. 💙❤️💚

Manningham Netball is looking for umpires to assist with our Saturday competition tomorrow at the 1PM timeslot. Additional games at 2PM and 3PM also available if interested.

We're searching for an experienced and passionate Head Coach to lead our Representative Program for the 2026/2027 season and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to drive performance, mentor coaches, develop talented athletes and help strengthen our thriving One Club culture.

As Head Coach, you will:
✅ Lead and oversee our Representative Program
✅ Develop and mentor coaches across the pathway
✅ Drive a consistent Manningham game style and coaching philosophy
✅ Support athlete development and program growth
✅ Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing One Club culture
✅ Be a visible leader at trainings, game days, tournaments and key events

We're looking for a coach who brings strong leadership, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for developing people both on and off the court.

Role commitment: Approximately 4-8 hours per week, plus attendance at selected game days, tournaments and representative events. This is a paid leadership role with remuneration based on experience

🏐 Rep Wrap-Up | Whitehorse Tournament🏐

Congratulations to all of our 11/U, 13/U and 15/U representative teams who competed at the annual Whitehorse Netball Association Representative Tournament on Sunday.

A special congratulations goes to our 15-3 team, who once again qualified for finals after finishing top of the ladder in their section. This talented group delivered their strongest performance of the season, showcasing just how much their skills, teamwork and confidence have grown throughout the year.

After a demanding schedule with very little recovery time between games, the girls unfortunately ran out of steam in their semi-final. While the result didn't fall their way, they should be incredibly proud of their efforts and the way they represented Manningham. Congratulations, girls! 👏💙❤️💚

Our next tournament is just around the corner, with our 11/U and 15/U teams heading out to LYVNA on Sunday 16 August for another exciting day of competition and fun🤩

🏐 Weekly Rep Fixtures 🏐

Spring grading continues this week across both the Parkville and Waverley competitions, with every Manningham representative team taking the court. With no byes on the schedule, it's set to be another action-packed week of netball!

One match we're especially looking forward to is an all-Manningham clash, with our 13-3 and 13-4 teams facing off at Waverley. Friendly rivalries always make for a great contest, and we're sure it will be an exciting game!

Our 19/U team continue to impress in the 19/U State Super Netball Series, maintaining their top four ladder ranking. With just two rounds remaining before finals, the entire Manningham community is behind you. Good luck, girls! 💙❤️💚

Round 2 of the Spring season is here, with another big day of grading games ahead tomorrow!

We’ve seen a fantastic increase in team numbers since Autumn, and it’s great to see full courts across almost every timeslot. There have been plenty of new faces and teams making their Manningham Netball debuts, and we know our amazing community will make all our new players and families feel right at home.

The forecast is looking a little chilly, with rain on the horizon, so pack your umbrellas and coats! 🧥☔ And don’t forget, we’ll have hot potatoes and hand warmers available at the canteen to help keep you warm and toasty. 🥔🔥

We’ll finish off the week on Sunday with all of our 11/U, 13/U and 15/U teams heading to the Whitehorse Tournament. It’s going to be a huge day of netball, so make sure you get plenty of rest, fuel up and come ready to give it your best 💪

Our girls are having an incredible debut season in the highly competitive 19/U State Super Netball Series. With just three rounds remaining, they’re sitting 4th on the ladder and looking strong for a finals spot.

The hard work, determination and team spirit this group has shown all season has been awesome to watch. Let’s finish strong and bring it home, girls! 🔥
