It's not (or rather never) too late to join our lovely small yoga group in Warriewood.

If you're wondering what we're doing: We usually start standing (because we've been sitting all day) with some warming up moves. Then breath awareness, standing poses with active twists (hello core and stability), before moving towards the mat for some more core and lengthening fun and of course stretching. We'll always end with a beautiful full body relaxation, letting the tension of the week melt away.

Trial it for $15 on your first visit (cash or card). No previous yoga experience required. Just come as you are, I'd love to meet you.
