We are an all-girls basketball training program in Sydney, Australia who pride ourselves on mentoring and empowering young players to become the players they aspire to be. Three days. One intensive combine. So many athletes, coaches, lessons, laughs and memories made.

From skill development and fitness testing to gameplay, workshops, competition and everything in between — the Heart & Soul Combine was one to remember.

A massive thank you to every athlete, coach, guest, referee, staff member and everyone behind the scenes who made these three days possible. 🤍

We’re so proud of what this group brought to the court and can’t wait to see where they take it from here.

Ready to take your game to the next level? 🏀 Join the Heart & Soul Hoops Rising Stars Basketball Academy at Northholm Grammar School and train with NBL1 players competing at the professional level!

Designed for boys & girls in Years 3–6, our weekly academy helps players of all abilities build confidence, develop fundamental skills, and have fun in a positive learning environment. ⭐️
