🏐 WE’RE HIRING – NETBALL OPERATIONS OFFICER 🏐

Are you organised, proactive and passionate about creating a great netball experience?

Noosa District Netball Association is looking for a Netball Operations Officer to join our team and help us deliver our competitions, programs and events while supporting the continued growth of our Association.

This is a key role that brings together operations and administration, working closely with our Management Committee, clubs, coaches, umpires, players, families and volunteers.

What will you be doing?
- Coordinating the smooth running of our competitions and match-day operations

- Ensuring competitions are delivered safely and in line with our policies and procedures

- Supporting clubs, teams, coaches, umpires and volunteers

- Assisting with the administration of clinics, workshops, carnivals and Association events

- Managing day-to-day administration, communications, calendars and records

- Coordinating facilities, equipment, maintenance and external providers

- Supporting our sub-committees and Management Committee

- Helping create a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone involved in netball

- Identifying opportunities to improve the member experience and grow participation

- Supporting our communications, promotions and membership initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and reliable

- A great communicator and people person

- Proactive, positive and solutions-focused

- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities

- Confident working with a wide range of people

- Passionate about community sport and creating positive experiences

- Experienced in administration or sports administration (netball experience is desirable but not essential)

- Knowledge of NetballConnect is desirable, and a Blue Card/Working with Children Check will be required.

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the future of Noosa District Netball Association and help us continue to build a welcoming, vibrant and growing netball community.

Location: Noosa District Sports Complex, Tewantin
Hours: Part-time/casual – to be negotiated
Remuneration: In accordance with the applicable award and experience
