Please join me for our final yoga session for Term 3. I have a lovely full-body reset flow planned, which I hope you will enjoy.

During the school holiday break, do check out my 2 art exhibitions. The first, Spring Magic Miniatures, is on at the Little Market Co in Biloela, and the second is Terrain of Memory, which is on at the Blue Mirror Gallery, Auckland Street, Gladstone, where you can also enjoy a very good coffee and some delicious treats. Mornings are best, so check online for times.
Hope you all have a wonderful holiday, and I shall look forward to welcoming you all back for Term 4 on Tuesday6th October.

The weather is warming; I have flowers opening in my garden, and birds, bees and butterflies are out and about being busy.
There is an energy of anticipation around me.
I LOVE this time of year as we transition from one season to the next.

Namaste,
I hope you are all enjoying the break and that you have managed to find a little time to get to your mats. 😄
I have been away with my Brisbane family, which has been wonderful. Lots of soccer, some long walks and yoga to recover!!
I have my other grandchildren visiting this week, so I think I will be making Mosaics with them, which is always fun. 😁
Term 3 yoga resumes on Tuesday, 14th July, @ 600pm in the Thangool Recreation Hall. I shall look forward to welcoming you all back. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday and carve out a little "Me Yoga Time" from your busy schedules.

OMG,😁🥰🙏 What a wonderful group of yogis and yoginis you all are. A fabulous session .🤩🥳 We break now for the school holidays for 2 weeks. Hope you keep up your home practice and I shall look forward to welcoming you all back again for term 3.

Namaste and greetings beautiful yogis and yoginis,
It is only 2 weeks till the end of this term! 🫢Gosh how this year is flying past! 🙃
Also, the Winter Equinox is fast approaching. This is a time of reflection, rest and reset and that is the theme behind our next yoga offering. On the other side of the equinox I thought I would share a Soothing Stretch with Sun salutations! Please join me for both. You know where and when !! (But in case you forgot!)Tuesdays at 6.pm, Thangool Recreation hall.
