The ladies were out and braving Brisbane’s heat again last night. This core group of women turn up for every Berry Fit session. They are absolute LEGENDS!

And that’s a Berry Fit wrap for 2022 with the last private group session held tonight with these amazing humans!

Classes will resume on Monday 16 January 2023.

We have grown again this year, and it has been so exciting to see some regular new faces!

To all the Berry Fit ladies, thank-you for making my job so enjoyable! I am very lucky to be able to work with such a fabulous, group of women!
