A local hotel manager in his 40s came to Sacred Essence carrying the weight of a busy life and a role that requires him to constantly be responsible for others.

For a few hours, he got to put that responsibility down.

To be the one receiving.

To feel nurtured, considered and cared for — from the moment he arrived, through the tea ceremony, conversation and bodywork, to the smallest details of warmth and comfort on the table.

This is such an important part of what I create through Sacred Essence.

A space where you don’t need to manage, organise, achieve or take care of anyone else.

You simply get to receive.

And sometimes, that is exactly what the nervous system has been asking for. 🤎

I’m very excited to be holding Sacred Essence at this weekend’s 4 day Festival, Glow Fest. 🤍

‘Sacred Essence’ will be nestled within the white marquee —
beautiful Massage Ceremony space where you can come to find calm within the beautiful chaos of the festival.

Between all the dance, movement, flow and fun, come and find a peaceful space for rest, rejuvenation and deep receiving.

Offering 1:1 sessions to rebalance your body & nervous system

Tea Ceremony & conscious dialogue to ground in & poke safety & trust.
before inviting you onto the table to fully surrender into silence & stillness — receiving full-body massage & Reiki energy healing.

Offering:
60 minute
90 minute &
2 hour sessions at discounted festival rates

I’ll be there throughout the weekend, Thursday to Monday holding space amongst the land and nature for the beautiful flow artists, aerialists, dancers and festival souls to rest their bodies, soften their nervous systems and simply receive.
