Well that’s a wrap for 2022! Hope you are enjoying a well deserved break with your families. Thank you to my wonderful clients this year who’ve supported my little side business. It’s time to take a break and focus on family, as we welcome a new addition.

Welcome to 2022! Hope everyone has had a wonderful break! We have had to extend our break so keep a eye out for available sessions in the coming weeks. We are also so excited to get everyone on our new equipment 🙌plenty of exciting new exercises and challenges ahead.
