A little life update from me…

You don’t hate your job, you hate:- Feeing exhausted everyday
- Counting down the hours until you can switch off your laptop
- The dread you feel on a Sunday night
- Not having enough time to exercise/read/spend time with your friends/do ANYTHING that you actually enjoy
- Not earning the money you deserve
- Working with negative people
- Not living up to your full potential

So make 2026 the year you pursue your passions & watch how quickly your life changes!

Just quit your job, babe 😘

I just took 3 months off social media in my business & it’s been THE best thing I’ve done all year.

I went full time in my business over 2 years ago now & A LOT has changed for me in that time.

Honestly I feel like a completely different person today.

Yet I’ve still been running my business like 2023 Hayley.

Hayley who felt trapped in a 9-5.

Hayley who felt like she had no time for exercise or self-care.

Hayley who was a chronic people pleaser.

But that’s not my reality anymore. So I knew the way I was running my business needed to evolve with me.

So whilst externally facing, I’ve been quiet.

Behind the scenes I have been busier than ever, working even more closely with my clients & editing my business processes to suit ME:

1️⃣I’ve now built in clear structure & routine - I have blocked out time each week for ME & 1 week off from client work every month so I can have dedicated CEO time + rest.

2️⃣I’ve refined my services so I’m operating my zone of genius ONLY

3️⃣I’ve built in more space for integration in my programmes so my clients have the time they need to implement & rest too

4️⃣I’ve streamlined my visibility & sales strategy so that I’m ONLY running my business in ways that feel FUN & ALIGNED

And I’ve also managed to cram in:
👰🏻‍♀️A trip to Italy to be Bridesmaid for my Best-Friend
🧳A city break to Amsterdam
🇦🇺A 3 week trip to Sydney

A reminder for those who needed to hear it today: if you LOVE your business, but don’t love the way you’re RUNNING it - you get to make changes whenever you want.

Don’t hire me if…

No, seriously. Don’t.

Unless you’re actually ready to take your coaching business to the next level.

Because here’s the thing…

Most coaches don’t struggle because they’re bad at coaching.
They struggle because they don’t have a repeatable way to attract & sign clients consistently.

Posting & hoping isn’t a strategy.
“Just be in my energy” won’t pay your bills.
One-size-fits-all coaching programs won’t fix the real problem.

My clients? They build profitable, in-demand coaching businesses that work for them - so they can confidently say goodbye to their 9-5 & never look back.

I don’t do surface-level coaching.

I don’t give you generic strategies that worked for me & expect you to copy them.
We go deep, we refine, we build a business that fits YOU - your strengths, your values, your life.

And yes, I will call you out (with love) when you’re playing small.

Because you weren’t meant for average results.

🔥 If you’re truly ready for consistent £5k+ months - without burnout, confusion, or playing the waiting game…

📩 DM me “NEXT LEVEL” & let’s make it happen.

IT’S TIME.

The new era of your business is HERE.

You get to decide whether you’re stepping into it with a full bodied YES, cuz the jet is about to TAKE OFF 🛫

You’re either on it, with your suitcase PACKED 🧳👙🏝️

Orrrrrr you’re waving through the window, still stuck at the airport

DM me “FREEDOM” to claim your seat on the plane💺

Let’s get together in the DMs & map out HOW you’re making REPEAT £5k+ months YOUR new normal this year❤️‍🔥

If you’re new here… hey!

This space is for the online coaches who:

- are obsessed with transforming their clients’ lives AND their own (bye 9-5 rules).

- treat their vision board like a checklist, not just a cute aesthetic wallpaper✈️🏝️🧖🏼‍♀️

- don’t “wing it” when it comes to freedom - they invest, they implement, they move.

I’m not here to hand you a shiny quick fix or pretend fear disappears.

I’m here to show you what happens when you quit negotiating with your potential & start operating like the woman you keep seeing in your head❤️‍🔥

We’re talking identity shifts, unapologetic pricing, consistent £5k+ months, launches that feel clean (not chaotic) & systems that give you your time back.

security + spaciousness + sanity. at the same time.

ready to make the vision board real?

stick around to make your positioning magnetic, line up consistent client flow, put sign-ups on autopilot & simplify the back end - so you can actually live the life you built this for.
