Healed ACL with no surgery! I am over the moon with the result!!

It was not easy going through the whole injury and recovery while pregnant, but I did it ๐ŸŽ‰

Do you sit down at your desk all day?? I do! And I have definitely felt the effects on my upper back and neck!

Popping in a couple of exercises like this one can help to strengthen those muscles and relieve tension.

Grab a light band, hands facing up for external rotation of the shoulder, hold for 60sec and repeat 3-5 times with 30-60sec rest in between.
