One community. Two locations. Another epic comp.

I love it when we come together for a day of fun, fitness and a little friendly competition?

Last Saturday our community came together for an awesome CrossFit competition, bringing members from both gyms under one roof to train, compete, laugh and cheer each other on.

It wasn’t just about the scores or the leaderboard, it was about the community. Supporting your teammates, encouraging someone through that final rep, celebrating the wins and having a great time along the way!!!

A massive thank you to everyone who competed, supported, judged and made the day what it was.

This is what CrossFit is all about!!

What better way to say farewell than with great company, good food and plenty of laughs!

Our little last minute BBQ on Sunday was the perfect opportunity to come together, celebrate the incredible people who make LTD what it is, and wish some of our amazing members all the best.
We’re so grateful for the friendships, memories and support shared along the way - you’ll always be a part of the LTD family and welcome at any time!

I haven't been lucky enough to watch you compete on the floor on the many many times that you have but last weekend i was able to and it was inspirational to say the least
You should be very proud of everything that you've achieved. Well done on yet another podium finish. Your competition season for this year has only just begun.
Thank your help getting her prepared.
And not forgetting her amazing support crew.

Wow!!! 15 years to the day as a CrossFit Coach.
What started as a love for fitness turned into a career of helping people become stronger, physically and mentally, and achieve things they never thought possible.
Over the years I’ve seen first pull-ups, first box jumps, life changing transformations, friendships, marriages, confidence rebuilt, and lives changed.
Still coaching. Still loving it.
Here’s to 15 years of community, hard work, and showing up.

What a community!!

On Saturday we ran a fundraising event to raise money to go straight to the Grace Ward at Westmead Children's Hospital. It's a place I hold dear to my heart.

Our wonderful community donated and we raised $4,970!!

64 members ran from in Thornleigh to in Hornsby. A total of 5.5km (a couple did 9.5km haha).

Dion at Ekim was amazing and contributed a lot to the day, including a b**r at the finish line for every participant!

We had volunteers, spectators and members just coming to hang out at the finish line.

Thank you to everyone that donated, helped out and were able to join in on the day.

A true testament to our community

Huge thank you to everyone!

Huge shoutout to our incredible community!!!

We’re so grateful to everyone who has already donated and signed up for our Sweat and Sip Charity Dash
With a goal of $1000, we’re about to triple that!!

Your generosity, support, and willingness to show up for something bigger than yourselves is what makes this community so special.

To all our members:
THANK YOU for backing this cause, supporting one another, and bringing the same energy and heart you show in the gym every day.

Massive thanks to for shouting every participant a schooner at the finish line! We have loved collaborating with you and thank you for your generosity!
