We celebrated culture, community and country during NAIDOC Round over the weekend with Thornlie Senior Football Club ❤️💛🖤

The heart of our club 💛💚

Wayne Barrett is a dead-set legend of the Thornlie Football & Sports Club, where he’s been a member for decades and serves as the president.

He’s also president of the board of Clubs WA, the not-for-profit industry body that represents the interests of community associations and clubs.

It was great to sit and chat with Wayne about issues facing the clubs and his long service of volunteering for the community.

(And, of course, talk about our favourite topic: the Fremantle Dockers!)
