🌸 SPRING INTO ACRO WORKSHOP SERIES 🌸

Our school holiday acro workshops for gymnasts and dancers are back—this time with a fresh spring twist!

These focused sessions will include acro technique, skill progressions, strength, flexibility and confidence-building activities in our fully equipped gymnastics environment.

📅 Tuesday 29 September
⏰ Session 1: 12:00pm–1:00pm
⏰ Session 2: 1:30pm–2:30pm

💰 $25 per workshop or attend both for $40

Participants must already be able to perform handstands and cartwheels.

Places are limited to allow for plenty of individual coaching and feedback, so bookings are essential!

Our parent-led open-play session is suitable for children from approximately 18 months—or confidently moving around—up to four years and not yet attending school.

Climb, balance, swing, jump, roll and explore our Kinder Gym equipment together at your child’s own pace!

HVG members and new families are both very welcome. It’s the perfect opportunity to come and try Kinder Gym with your little one.

We’ve wrapped up a huge weekend for our Level 5, 6 & 7 athletes, and we couldn’t be prouder of the way every girl represented HVG. 💗🖤

Add these results to Ruby’s incredible Level 7 performance and Willow & Lilly’s placings earlier today, and it has been such a successful weekend for our club.

There were podium finishes, personal achievements, tough moments, proud moments and plenty of memories made along the way. Most importantly, our athletes competed with determination, composure and great sportsmanship.

A massive congratulations to all of our girls!! What a weekend for HVG! ✨

Sometimes the best inspiration happens when you least expect it. ✨

Tonight our Levels athletes had the incredible opportunity to spend some time with Mez from Captivate, who coaches right here in our gym with her business and adult classes.

Many of our girls may not have realised that Mez isn’t just an amazing coach… she’s also a former Australian representative who proudly competed at the Commonwealth Games! 🇦🇺

As we all sit at home watching the Commonwealth Games and cheering on Australia’s athletes, how special is it that our girls got to meet someone who has lived that dream?

Mez generously took the time to share her journey, answer questions, encourage our athletes, and even let them hold and admire her Commonwealth Games medals. 🥈 🥈

It was one of those moments that reminds you what sport is really about. Dreaming big, working hard, overcoming challenges, and believing in yourself.

With competitions just around the corner, our athletes walked away inspired, motivated and excited to keep chasing their own goals.

A huge thank you, Mez, for giving your time and sharing your story. We are so lucky to have someone with your experience right here in our gym, inspiring the next generation.
