Good morning,

There are a few nasty bugs going around at the moment, so we would like to kindly remind everyone that if your child is feeling unwell or showing any cold or flu-like symptoms, they are not to attend our facility.

If any of our staff suspect that a child is unwell, we will respectfully ask that they are taken home.

Please also note that our session times are strictly:• 9:00am – 10:30am• 10:45am – 12:15pm

We appreciate prompt pick-up times so our team can clean and sanitise the room in preparation for the next session.

We have attached the Time Out Period Chart from the Queensland Health website, which outlines the recommended exclusion periods for common illnesses.

Want to head to the pool for a swim — or simply relax poolside and enjoy a book in peace and quiet?

Our Kids Club offers free child-minding services for any paying patron of the gym or pool, giving you time to focus on your workout, swim, or some well-deserved relaxation.

If you’re interested, please contact us using the details below or come and see us in person at the gym.

Kids Club Sessions (Monday – Friday):
Session 1: 9:00am – 10:30am

Hey Kids Club Fam!

Just a little reminder that this week is our final week of Kids Club for 2025—we’ll be reopening on Monday 12th January.

We still have a few spots available tomorrow for both sessions, as well as spaces on Thursday’s second session if you’d like to squeeze in those last workouts before we close. 🎄 🎅

Another quick note: it’s BYO towels from Thursday 11th December through to 12th January.

With the Kids Club Christmas closure coming up, we’ve opened our booking sheets through to Friday, 12/12/25. If you’d like to pop your little ones in before we close, just reach out and we’ll add them to the list.

Also If you’re unable to attend a booked session, we kindly ask that you let us know so we can organise staffing accordingly.
