A reminder that our updated training schedule comes into effect today.

🕞 U7–U9: 3:30pm – 4:15pm

🕟 U10+: 4:30pm – 5:30pm

⚠️ U10 families (your athlete is born 2018), please note that your training session is now 4:30pm – 5:30pm.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the track this afternoon!

Following our Open Day and a review of athlete numbers, TRAINING GROUPS have been ADJUSTED to create more balanced group sizes and provide the best possible training experience for all athletes.

Please refer to the updated training schedule below.

⚠️ U10 families, please take particular note of the change to your training session time.

U10 (born 2018) will NOW train at 4:30 - 5:30pm

This updated schedule replaces the training timetable previously published.

Please note that THURSDAY COMPETITION DAYS REMAIN UNCHANGED, with all athletes competing from 4:00pm – 5:30pm.

THANK YOU for your understanding and flexibility as we finalise arrangements for the season. We look forward to seeing everyone at training on Tuesday!
