We’re excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Jiu Jitsu Echelon.

We are currently finalising a few things behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition. Keep an eye out for our Term 1 classes, which will be released shortly.

Can’t wait to get on the mats and start this next chapter with you all.

The last class ever for me for the junior jiujitsu kids classes is in the books. It has been an absolute honour teaching and honestly, some of the most fun I’ve ever had on the mats.

I’m handing them over to their new coach now, and I know they’re in great hands. I’ll still be popping in from time to time to check on their progress and keep those connections going. These kids have meant a lot to me.

Peyton has shown incredible growth in such a short time. The speed at which she’s picking things up is amazing, and her passion for Jiu-Jitsu clearly shows . She trains with focus, energy, and a love for learning.

Over the time he’s been training, his growth has been incredible to watch. He’s built a solid foundation, developed strong fundamentals, and—most importantly—mastered his defensive game. This belt represents not just skill, but consistency, resilience, and commitment to the journey.

Proud of the work he’s put in, and excited to see where his BJJ takes him from here. 👊🐍

Massive congrats to Jessy on smashing his first ever BJJ comp at SGT — and taking home SILVER! 🥈🔥

Stuck to the game plan, showed composure under pressure, and came away with solid lessons to level up for next time.

Jumping into your first comp takes serious courage and you represented our team well. Proud coach moment — this is just the beginning 👊

Massive congratulations to three of my students on earning well-deserved promotions this week: one levelling up to grey belt and two more earning their yellow/white belts!

These belts aren’t given — they’re earned through consistent effort, a great attitude, leading by example and lifting their teammates. Couldn’t be prouder of the martial artists they’re becoming.

Plenty more talent in the room too — I’ve got my eye on a few others who are putting in the work and rising fast. Keep showing up, keep growing.
