We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you.
Whether you stepped into your element with confidence, or stepped outside your comfort zone to give it a go, we loved seeing the courage, enthusiasm and effort shown across all try outs. The energy, sportsmanship and determination on display was amazing, and our association is so proud to have such passionate young athletes representing our community ❤️

Today we celebrate the women who make our seasons possible. The early Saturday mornings, the rush to get uniforms on, the endless washing, snack packing, the training sessions, the juggling between work, school and sports, the cheering from the sidelines, and always being there with encouragement and support.

To the mums, step mums, grandmothers, aunties, carers, guardians and all the special women who help guide and support our players, we thank you for everything you do.

A huge thank you also goes to the amazing women who volunteer their time behind the scenes to keep our club running. From coaching, scoring, team managing and umpiring, to helping setting up fields, organising the seasons and events and lending a hand wherever needed, your dedication creates such a positive and supportive environment for our kids to learn, grow and love the game ⚾️

You are the loudest cheerleaders, the biggest supporters, the problem solvers, the comfort after tough games and the smiling faces our players look for every week.

We also acknowledge that Mother’s Day can bring mixed emotions for many. Today we hold space for those missing loved ones, navigating loss, or finding today difficult in any way. You are seen, valued and part of our tee ball community ❤️

Thank you for the love, time and energy you pour into our players and our club every season.

👟 Footwear Reminder for Game Days 👟

To keep everyone safe and game-ready, we’d like to remind all players, coaches, parents and volunteers about appropriate footwear at tee ball.

👉 All umpires & coaches must wear fully enclosed shoes
👉 This is for safety and to ensure we can quickly fill base umpire positions when needed

🚫 Crocs are NOT considered enclosed footwear
(Even in sports mode 😎)

Proper enclosed footwear helps protect against injury and keeps our games running smoothly.

We appreciate everyone coming prepared and helping support the day when extra hands are needed on the field 🙌

🚫 Tee Ball is a Smoke & V**e Free Zone 🚫

To ensure a safe, healthy and family-friendly environment for all players, spectators and volunteers, our tee ball grounds are strictly smoke and v**e free within the fenced playing area.

This includes:
❌ Smoking
❌ Va**ng / e-cigarettes

Under WA law, it is illegal to smoke within 10 metres of children’s playground equipment and at sporting venues.

👉 If you choose to smoke or v**e, you must do so:
• At least 10 metres away from the fence line
• At least 10 metres away from the playground

👉 No warnings will be issued
👉 Anyone found smoking or va**ng inside the fenced area will be asked to leave immediately
👉 Failure to comply may result in further action, including police notification

These rules are in place to protect our kids and create a positive, healthy environment for everyone 💛

Please make sure you’re heading to the correct diamond for your game time to help the morning run smoothly 🙌
