This includes all NSG, Juniors & our mixed senior competition!

We are incredibly proud of all our players, coaches, managers, umpires and supporters who have put in countless hours of training and preparation to get to this point.

🏐 RULE OF THE WEEK – OBSTRUCTION (CONTACT) 🏐

Netball isn’t just about getting to the ball first — it’s about doing it fairly! Obstruction can happen with or without body contact and includes actions that limit a player’s movement or space.

Remember:
❌ Holding
❌ Blocking
❌ Pushing
❌ Crowding

Give players space, respect the rules and let the game flow! 💪

A reminder to all players, coaches and spectators: ✔️ Only the team captain should approach the umpire
✔️ Questions should be calm, respectful and focused on rule clarification
✔️ Umpires deserve the same respect as every participant on court

Our umpires are an essential part of the game and without them, netball simply doesn’t happen. Let’s all do our part to support a positive, safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved 🙌
