👏 THURSDAY (WOMEN) PENNANT PLAYERS – WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU! 👏

Our Thursday women’s pennant teams are gearing up for another fun, competitive season – and we’re looking for players to join us! 🙂

Last season we proudly fielded two Thursday women’s teams. Our new Division 2 team finished a very respectable 6th place, featuring several newer bowlers who embraced the challenge and continued to develop throughout the season.

Our Division 1 team regularly competes in finals, finishing 3rd again last year and showcasing the strength, depth and competitive spirit of our women’s program.

Whether you’re an experienced pennant player, a new bowler ready to take the next step or simply looking for a new club environment – we’d love to hear from you. Already a member of another club? No problem, women permit players are welcome for Thursday pennants.

🌶️ Well, that’s a wrap on our 2026 Winter Curry Nights! 🌶️
A huge thank you to our amazing volunteer “chefs” who once again spoiled us with an incredible selection of delicious, flavour-packed dishes. 👏😋
And a big shout-out to JR who (as usual) was behind the bar all night, keeping everyone well hydrated 😉🍻 and to those who regularly step in to help tidy up afterwards 🙌
Most importantly, thank you to all our members, family, friends and neighbours who came along and supported these nights. It’s wonderful to see the club buzzing, tables full and everyone enjoying themselves.
We’ve loved having you all along - and don’t worry… the curries will be back in 2027! 😍🍛

The Toorak Burnside Bowling Club Board of Management is delighted to announce the appointment of RON DAVIDSON as our new CLUB COACH! 👏👏

Ron brings a wealth of experience, leadership and passion for the game, and we’re excited to have him leading the next chapter of our club’s development. He will be at the forefront of developing our playing group and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, helping us achieve our long-term competitive goals.
