There's something pretty special about choosing a small, locally owned studio 💚
We get to know our clients & have a personal connection with every single person that walks through our doors!
But... There are some things we don't care about 😅

You DO NOT need to be able to touch your toes to do Pilates!

Wear the comfy tee, the patterned leggings, the odd socks....

There's no prize for being the fastest person in the room!

There's no one "right" way to do Pilates - your body & starting point is different to someone else's

We would much rather be a studio that has small classes, you're known by name, we ask about your job/kids/pets 💚

Our Clinical Pilates sessions are designed around your specific needs, goals and stage of recovery!

For this client, we’re working on rebuilding strength and control through the leg, with exercises carefully selected and progressed as their body allows.

Small classes, individual attention and exercises that actually make sense, Pilates originally came from a rehab perspective & not just fitness 🤍
