I apologise profusely for my absence! We had a lovely family holiday and have actually been back for a couple of weeks now... however! I hurt my thumb quite badly on our way back! (Hit a parked car... as only I would...). I thought it was just badly bruised and was waiting for it to get better but had an X-ray and ultrasound anyway... well, turns out it’s fractured! 😩🤦‍♀️ not sure where this puts me for Pound for now... I will update as I can. Fracture clinic is on Monday.

Looking forward to tomorrow's one-off trial yoga class! Who will I see there?

This Tuesday (9/10/18) is my last class before I go on holidays for a few weeks! Just to break up the routine a bit, I'll be offering it as my first ever official yoga class! Come along and give me some feedback 😆
Fees are by donation as I'm not yet finished my yoga certificate. Will be lots of fun!

Wednesday and Friday afternoon Pound classes will be cancelled until November with a possible venue change!

**TUESDAY MORNING CLASS WILL REMAIN THE SAME**

October is going to be a very busy month for me and my little family and with such low numbers at the moment on Wednesdays and Fridays, I feel it's best to focus on my family commitments for this coming month.
