We’re excited to announce that alongside Head Coach Col Speed, Mitch Riley will continue at the helm of our Reserve Grade, while Ethan Hearn will remain with our Under 19s — both recommitting as coaches for the 2027 Season! 🐅🧡🖤

The foundations are already being laid, and we can’t wait to see what these three can build together in 2027! 💪🏼🏉

Our 2027 Open Women’s Coach will be announced once the 2026 Season is officially complete.

Our Daimler Trucks Toowoomba Open Women are kicking off Finals Week the right way with a Sunday training session followed by a team breakfast, thanks to the Trapps! 🙌🏼

The girls will take the field this Sunday out at Warwick as they get ready to battle it out in the finals! 🔥

Congratulations to our Souths players who helped St Mary’s claim the Gee Cup Grand Final with a thrilling 24–20 extra-time victory over Mountain Creek.

After trailing 10 - 0, St Mary’s fought back to lead 12 - 10 at half-time. The scores were locked at 20 all at full-time before they crossed in extra time to secure the premiership.

St Mary’s and Mountain Creek met three times this season, with every game level at full-time, but today, there had to be a winner!

An incredible achievement from all nine boys. The entire Souths Tigers community is proud of you! 🧡🖤

A massive milestone for Angus Hearn, who celebrated 100 games for Souths yesterday in Clifton.

Our 2026 Club Captain, Angus has been a huge part of the Tigers and continues to lead from the front every time he pulls on the jersey.

This milestone is also a reflection of the incredible commitment Angus and the Hearn family have shown to Souths over many years. Their contribution, support and involvement around the club has meant a great deal to the Tigers community.

Congratulations on 100 games, Angus, a fantastic achievement and a well-deserved milestone. 🧡🖤
