My absolute sincerest apologies to everyone who has been waiting — life has been absolute CHAOS and I completely forgot to share the August results! 🤦‍♀️😂

We had some SUPER, SUPER close runs again, with some seriously tight competition across the day! 🐕💨🏆

Thank you to everyone who came along, ran their dogs, helped out and made another fantastic lure coursing day possible.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out today — familiar faces, brand new faces, seasoned dogs and plenty of new dogs having a crack! We absolutely love seeing more people come along and discover just how much fun this sport is. ❤️

The Flying Goose has done it AGAIN. 👑🏆
At this point we may need to start checking her for performance-enhancing snacks.

Another brilliant SEQ Lure Coursing day done and dusted. We can’t wait to do it all again next month! 🐕💨

Talk about splitting hairs… 👀 We had a FOUR-WAY countback to decide both Unregistered Large and Top Dog, with four dogs all finishing on 183 points! What an incredible day of competition.

A massive congratulations to all of our place getters, and to everyone who came along and gave it a go. Whether you took home a ribbon, ran your personal best, or just watched your dog have the time of their life, that’s what it’s all about.

We had a sensational turnout yesterday, and seeing so many happy dogs (and even happier humans) out enjoying the sport together is something we’re really proud of.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day happen, and to everyone who travelled to join us. ❤️

In one of the closest finishes we’ve ever seen, Top Dog came down to a FOUR-WAY countback on 183 points between Devo, Goose, Jay & Angus!

After all the calculations were done, Devo took out this month’s Top Dog title! 🎉👏 Congratulations to all four dogs for an incredible day of running.

A quick reminder that we present awards for all place getters in every group, as well as our always-hotly-contested Best Human Runner of the Day! 🏃‍♂️🐕

Just head down to Darling Heights State School between 7:30am and 8:30am with:
🐾 Your dog
🪑 A comfy chair
🧥 Warm clothes (it’s a chilly one!)

Find Hayley or Sandra when you arrive and they’ll get you registered and point you in the right direction.

Whether you’ve got a seasoned speed demon or a first-timer who’s just there for the vibes, we’d love to see you! All breeds are welcome, and there’s always plenty of cheering, laughs and wagging tails.
