As we celebrate 20 years of Summerland Physie Club, we’d love for our community to come along and see what Physie is all about. Enjoy a day of fitness, friendship, and amazing performances from competitors of all ages.

All the Mums cheering from the sidelines, driving to practices and far away comps. The Mums learning the fancy hairstyles and listening to the same music for the millionth time. The Mums on the floor showing their kids how it's done. The Mumma bear figures lifting everyone up and making sure you step out on the floor with confidence. To the first time Mums, the Mums to be, the Mums celebrating their millionth Mother’s Day and the ones missing their Mums today.
