We have some exciting news for our junior families — registrations are now open for the 2026/27 season!

There are a couple of important points to note depending on which program your child will be participating in.

🏏 Blast Cricket
Blast registrations are now OPEN!
If your child is participating in our Blast program, you can register now through PlayHQ:

⚠️ Smash Cricket Program – PLEASE WAIT
Smash registrations are NOT yet open.
If your child is intending to participate in the Smash Program/Competition, please do not register yet.
TCI is still finalising arrangements for the Smash competition and we are waiting for further advice before registrations can open.
We will let you know as soon as Smash registrations become available.

Junior Competition registrations are also now OPEN!

🏌️‍♂️ 2026 SDMCC Golf Day 🏌️‍♀️

What a fantastic day out at Crows Nest Golf Club for the 2026 SDMCC Golf Day! ⛳

With 40 players battling it out for the next 12 months of bragging rights, the 4-person Ambrose format delivered exactly what we hoped for — plenty of good golf, plenty of laughs, and plenty of good-natured ribbing along the way!

There were a few special moments throughout the day, including Jonesy "planting" some special balls around the course. Three were successfully recovered by our competitors, while one was picked up by a young member of the public! 😂

👕 Best Dressed: Andrew Watson, who certainly looked the part in his flamingo shirt! As the old saying goes… if you can't be a golfer, at least look like one! 🦩
🥄 Wooden Spoon: Jayden, Dan, Paul & Josh — 62.2 nett
🥈 Runners Up: Kristian, Catherine, Travis & Geoff — 55.25 nett

Congratulations to our youngest team — Jake, Curtis, Marcus & Izaac, who took out the day with an impressive 53.5 nett! 👏👏
