It’s easy to do the “right thing” when people are watching, but being able to do it when no one is watching is where the true test lies!

Believe in yourself // 2017 is drawing to a close and as we look toward 2018 we will have new mountains to climb. While they may look daunting, it’s one foot in front of the other. And sometimes the view from the top might not be what you where expecting so enjoy the journey, enjoy the process, and believe you will get there! Enlist good people on your journey to help along the way so they can help you when self doubt starts to creep in. And just remember, you can do it, you are stronger than you think!

Good luck to who is competing down in Adelaide at the moment for Queensland School girls hockey! Shine Bright like a diamond! Bri has been working hard each week on her strength for the up coming season! Go girl!

Great training session today! First session with my new client (well sort of new). She did a great job today for her first session and we have recognised weaknesses and strengths. Look out when competition rolls around!

People want to give you excuses why they can’t, but all it takes is a positive mind set and a little encouragement.
My day job consists of me and my co-workers sitting down a lot. So we have decided that we are going to become more active during the day!
Don’t let “I work full time” or “I don’t have enough time” be an excuse. We are starting at 15 minutes per day. Nothing to difficult as most haven’t done any form of fitness for a long time.

Goals // Make sure you set goals for yourself. This helps you to stay motivated. Set short term and long term goals. And make sure they are specific to your own journey. Want help with setting your goals, send me a message or an email.
