Jacob is making his mark at the School Sport Australia (13-19yrs) Championships in Melbourne this week with the rest of the South Australian team.

🔥 Results so far:
• 50m Breaststroke (Boys 14yrs) – 🥉 BRONZE MEDAL in 30.82 + PB!
• 100m Breaststroke – 4th place in the final + PB by 1.58 seconds
• 50m Butterfly – Finalist + another PB

An incredible effort in the pool, capped off with a podium finish! 👏

A special shoutout as well to H&G Coach Lee, who is also in Melbourne coaching the SA School Sport team. Amazing to see our club represented at this level.

We're thrilled to announce that H & G swimmer Lincoln Adcock has been selected as Co-Captain of the SA School Sport Swimming Team (13–19 years) for the 2026 School Sport Games in Melbourne on Saturday 25 July to Thursday 30 July 2026.

This is an incredible achievement and a wonderful opportunity for Lincoln to showcase his leadership skills on the national stage. Congratulations, Lincoln! 👏

🌊 Winter Waves Sessions 3 & 4 Recap 🌊

What a way to finish Winter Waves 2026! Four sessions of racing have come to an end, with plenty of great swims, PBs, and state qualifying times achieved.

⭐ Huge congratulations to Jacob Tucker and Mae-Lyn Wang, Jacob broke his own SA 50 Br State Record and Mae-Lyn finished meet as the highest-scoring female in the 11–12 years age group. Fantastic achievements by both swimmers.

Thank you to our terrific coaches for supporting the swimmers and helping them achieve their best. 👏
