Growing up I always heard stories of my grandfather, Helio Gracie, risking his life to safe others, including the time he jumped into shark infested waters to save a drowning man’s life. So it’s fitting that today we celebrate the birthday, of the late Grand Master.

We train on the good days so that when the phone rings on the worst day, we can pick up the call.
